Code coverage - lcov / genhtml — Linux / WSL

The same coverage numbers (coverlet's lcov output) rendered by lcov's classic genhtml directory-tree view: the older, native way to read coverage.

Built on Linux / WSL by ./7-build-all-linux.sh. Windows and Linux/WSL reports are produced separately because they can differ, see Which report is which?.

If the frame stays blank (a site opened from file:// always blocks it, so use 9-open-site-linux; some browsers also block framed pages), open the report directly: index.html. Why only standalone reports are framed: embed-html-in-site.
